What is BookPublish Concierge?
Concierge is the done-for-you version of BookPublish. Everything on this site is a tool you drive yourself; Concierge is the same engine driven by us, on your book.
You send a finished manuscript and tell us about the book. We set the interior, make the cover, and build the marketing images. You see a proof before anything is finished, and you say yes or ask for changes.
What comes back
Two things, not one — and the second is the part people don't expect.
- A kit — a zip of finished, upload-ready files. See What is in the Concierge kit?
- The book itself, in your account, on its own Concierge shelf, with every tool unlocked and your manuscript and settings loaded exactly as we set them. We host that copy for 90 days. The kit is yours to keep once you download it — the download stays open for 30 days after you first use it. See Where does my Concierge book live?
That second part is what stops this being a dead end. A designer hands you PDFs; when the blurb needs a word changed a year later, you go back to the designer. Here you open the book and change it. See Can I change my Concierge book myself?
What it is not
- Not a publisher. You keep your rights, your ISBNs, your royalties, and your accounts. We don't publish or distribute anything — you upload the files yourself, exactly as a self-serve customer would.
- Not editing. Concierge sets the book you send. It doesn't rewrite it.
- Not a subscription. It's one job on one book.

In outline: it is one service at one price — cover, interior and EPUB, and the marketing pack, for every printer and binding you plan to use. The proof comes back quickly, the kit follows once you approve it, and one revision is included after delivery.
