My download did not start.
A few things to check:
- Wait a beat. Big exports (a full interior PDF, a mockup pack) are built in your browser first, then download. On a large book that can take several seconds — the download starts when it's ready.
- Look in your Downloads folder. It may have saved without a visible prompt.
- Check for a blocked pop-up or download. Some browsers/extensions block automatic downloads — allow downloads for bookpublish.app and retry.
- Reload and try once more if nothing happens at all.
