Can I see my cover before I pay for it?

Yes — everything is free to preview and download with a watermark. You only pay to remove the watermark once you're happy.

Is pricing per book or per download?

Per book. You pay once for a title and can export it as many times as you need — revisions included. It is never per download.

What is included in the Complete Book package?

Every tool for one book — up to 11 cover wraps, interior PDF + EPUB, mockups, A+ pack, ARC copies, the submission manuscript and the large print edition — for $19.99, with one key.

Why is my export watermarked?

Free exports carry a light PREVIEW overlay so you can check the result before paying. Unlock the book and the same file exports clean.

I paid, but the tool is still locked. What should I do?

Almost always it's a key that hasn't been applied, or you're on a different book. Sign in to sync, check the book, or email us the book ID.

Will I be charged a subscription?

No. Every purchase is a one-time, per-book charge. There is no recurring billing of any kind.

What does "per book" mean?

A "book" is one project in your library. Unlocking a tool covers that project forever, including every revision and every cover variant of it.

Can I revise and export the same book again?

Yes, as many times as you like. Re-exports of a book you've unlocked are always free.

Do purchases expire?

No. A book you've unlocked stays unlocked. Sign in so the key follows you even if you change browsers or computers.

Is the large print edition included?

Yes. Making the large print edition of a book you have unlocked costs nothing extra — it arrives already unlocked, with its own ISBN field and its own cover.

Where can I find my license key?

On your purchase confirmation, and any time under My Books → Purchases & license keys. Sign in and it's there on every device.

Can I use one license for paperback and hardcover editions?

Yes. One purchase covers every wrap variant of that book — up to 11 of them, across four printers, in paperback, hardcover case and dust jacket.

Can I use one license for a revised edition?

If you revise the same project, yes — re-exports are free. A brand-new, separate title is a new book and a new purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

No — all sales are final. Everything is free to try first, so you can check your files before you pay.

Do you store my payment information?

No. Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor. We never see or store your card number.
