Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, for every product and service. You agree to this in the payment form before you pay.

That is why every tool is free to try in full. Build your cover, format your interior, make your mockups, and download watermarked previews as many times as you like. Check them — with your printer's own file previewer, if it has one — before you buy. What you pay for is what you have already seen, without the watermark.

If a file is broken because of a mistake on our side, email [email protected] with your book ID and what happened, and we will fix it.

You can't be charged twice for the same book. If a book is already unlocked, checkout tells you and won't take a second payment. Your key is in your license email, and in My Books when you sign in with the email you paid with.
