What sizes are the social stills?
Alongside the video, the Social Pack exports a set of still images in the shapes social platforms use. They download together as a .zip.
| Size | What it's for |
|---|---|
| 1080 × 1080 | Instagram and Facebook feed posts |
| 1080 × 1920 | Stories, Reel covers, TikTok |
| 1200 × 630 | Link cards — what appears when someone shares your book's URL |
| 1000 × 1500 |
Each is rendered from your book in 3D at that shape, rather than one image cropped four ways, so nothing important gets cut off.
Title and author text
There's an option to print the title and author over the still. It's off by default, for a reason worth thinking about: the cover in the shot already says both, and typing them again over the top usually makes the image busier without making it clearer.
Turn it on when the book is small in the frame, or when the still needs to work as a standalone graphic away from any caption.
The link card is the one people forget
The 1200 × 630 image is what shows up when your book's link is pasted into Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, or a newsletter. If your site doesn't have one set, the platform picks something on its own — often your site's logo, sometimes nothing. Setting this one image is a small job with a disproportionate effect on how your link looks everywhere it travels.
