Where does the reviewer's name appear?

The reviewer's name and the ARC marking appear in a few places you can control:

• A cover banner — "ADVANCE REVIEW COPY — NOT FOR SALE".
• A personalization line — "Prepared for [name]. Not for distribution." — so the copy is clearly theirs.
• A discreet per-page stamp (footer or header) on the PDF, or a quiet ARC line at each chapter start in the EPUB.
