Your manuscript never leaves this browser. Every file is processed on your
machine — nothing uploads, nothing is stored anywhere. (Open the network tab and watch, if you like.)
One file per reviewer, named for them, plus manifest.csv —
reviewer → file → checksum — so a surfaced copy identifies its reviewer.
Keep the manifest; it never leaves your machine either.
Free runs stamp a PREVIEW overlay on every copy so you can
check the result before unlocking. Unlocked copies carry only the ARC stamps.

We email each reviewer their personalized copy with a
tracked download link — you see who's actually downloaded. Replies go straight to you.
Copies are stored only until the links expire (30 days), then deleted; that's the whole
retention policy.
